I booked Mirijana for my friends Bachelorette party in East Hamptons and wow we were blown away! The Modern Mexican menu was delicious, platted beautifully, and the booking process was SO easy! The house was even left spotless after all the cooking!Every course got better and better as the night on. From the guac, to the nachos, quesadillas, enchiladas, and dessert, we couldnt stop raving about the food and we had so much leftover!Look no further if you need someone who is reliable and professional! The Hamptons Chefs exceeded my expectations!!! Val was absolutely incredible! Not only was he passionate about cooking but he was the sweetest and most accommodating person! We unfortunately had one less person at the last minute because of COVID but he and his sister were able to work with us to add 2 extra courses the morning of our event. All of the courses were mouth-watering, delicious and beautifully plated! I’m looking forward to working with them again for future events :) thank you Hamptons Chefs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on dietary preferences and restrictions I will send a sample menu then I am happy to fine tune the menu to best suite each guest

I have been working Immersed in the fields of agriculture, from scratch cooking and baking all of my life. I have taken a variety of more formal classes and worked in several kitchens and trained by some phenomenal chefs
