Excellent service. Had an oven that wasnt heating up. Usually repairmen show up twice: once to evaluate and a second time to actually fix. They showed up with parts and had everything done in one visit!

I had a very disappointing experience with All Make Appliance. The technician was unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude from the moment he arrived. He showed up around 8:00 p.m. with his wife and three children waiting in the car, which immediately gave the impression that he was in a hurry.
He looked at my refrigerator for no more than five minutes before telling me the compressor was bad and that he didn’t have the part to repair it. It seemed clear that he had no intention of performing any actual service or attempting a repair. Despite spending only a few minutes at my home, he still charged me a $120 service fee.

First off, the technician came at 8pm because his truck broke down earlier that day and he was put behind
3-4 hours on his calls. Despite that he was professional enough to make the call and not blow
the customer off. A compressor is a special order and no one can stock the hundreds of different
compressors on their truck. We order the compressor and come back to do the repair the same way
we have been doing it for 76 years. Robert is highly skilled technician with over 20 years experience in the industry.
He is one of my most requested technicians. As for his family in the car, he had to pick them up as they
were waiting for 2 hours after his truck broke down. He still made the call to the customer. I'm sorry the
customer feels this is unprofessional but unprofessional would have been to never showed up.
