Repair man came out to fix kitchenaid refrigerator. Told me we need a main computer board.Charged $130. I paid him Told me the part will be in this week and he would be back.He came back a week later but the part he ordered was "defective". Told me he would probably would be back the next day and someone would call to confirm. No one called, it has been four days since then and I have called many times and left messages. I did get through twice. A man said he would call me back with the information...he never did. I called the number of the women who confirms the appointments (I had her number on my called I'd) she told me she emailed someone who would call me back. No one has called. I've been without our mail refrigerator for two week.This company use to be good. Now it is u dependable and I afraid dishonest.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Technician came out 30 mins late to look at my refrigerator (was given a 12-2pm window and called the guy 2:15pm... he was like "oh, I was just about to call you...")Anyway, he seemed to know what he was doing, checked voltages etc and pulled out the faulty inverter and said they needed to order the part. He said his boss will call me later that day with an estimate. Anyway I landed up calling them around 6pm to get an idea and I was told he'd give me a call first thing the following morning. Oddly, when i told him this was urgent, he told me that "most of their customers have refrigerator issues". As if this was important?!Come the next day, you guessed it, i heard nothing...So i ordered the part on Amazon (1-day shipping) and installed the darn thing myself. Thanks YouTube!Five days later... still heard nothing...I'm guessing these guys know what they're doing, they probably just cherry-pick the golden-egg customers. Pathetic service all round.

I own a kitchen aid built in refrigerator which I had two different companies look at. The fridge was cooling on and off for the past month. The other companies came in charged a service call and said I needed to rebuild the cooling system which would cost over 1000 dollars. Frantic and not knowing what else to do, my husband said let's try one more company.We called All Make Appliance and they were God sent. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning. I was given a time frame and were they not only on time, they called prior to coming out. The technician was very polite, courteous and actually heard me out. He stated that it was not a issue with the cooling system by what I was saying. He then took apart my unit and ended up finding a loose wire on one of the boards. I was so excited and it's been 2 months and no issues.Thanks Ismael and All Make Appliance for the save. I will be using and recommending this company to my friends and family.

Not worth a star... rude and arroggant. Had to call 3 times to get a return call and then I'm told they have to now call to check on my part. Called back in July for a sub zero ice maker which wasn't working. He sent repair guy out and he said the ice maker needed to be replaced and ordered from sub zero. They came to install new ice maker and never checked to see if it was actually running. A week later i had no ice still so i called and scheduled appointment. Service guy had a emergency and didnt show up for the appointment , no one called me. Rescheduled guy shows up 3 hours later than appointment and tells me the motor isnt working in the new ice maker they replaced. So he didnt check it after he installed it. I called to check up on the new part and never got a call back till i said i would file a claim. He called me back and told me im not his customer because i didnt pay for the part rather my landlord did and i dont matter. And he would have to call on the part and check on it. In my messages i left all the information one would think they would check on it before calling me back, but i guess i expect too much from a business that treats its customers like they are just another appliance. Wont ever call them again. Should be All Bad Appliance Maintance !Once again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - ZERO FOLLOW UP!on 9-22 i called to let them know I recieved the replacement icemaker . I had to call back twice before i got anyone. I made an appointment for 9-28 today and they could not tell me when they would be here but said they would let me know the day before a 2 hr window. Well not surprisingly i didnt recieve a call Wed 9-27 as i was told. In fact i didnt receive a call today so i called and was told they would be here between 3 and 5. Blantant disregard for peoples time. I 'm sure they knew that yesterday. So now i will document all the broken pieces of this business.
