My experience with SERVELLO CONTRACTING LLC was exceptional. I initially reached out for a quote to create an archway at my dining room entrance after three other companies either backed out or canceled last minute because they were unable to complete the job. Once I approved the proposal, he scheduled the work for the following week.I let him know I would be hosting the day after Thanksgiving, and he assured me the project would be completed before Friday. Despite encountering unexpected issues while preparing the walls for the archway, he remained committed to the deadline. He clearly communicated any necessary changes throughout the process and even worked all day on Thanksgiving to ensure the archway was finished in time.I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. I highly recommend SERVELLO CONTRACTING LLC for any home improvement projects.

We just finished working with Gian Luca for about six months and would recommend his services. He helped us remodel an entire floor of our house, including a full bathroom renovation. The end result is fabulous due to his craftsmanship, great work ethic and dedication. He worked long hours while being very respectful of our home and family, which was especially appreciated during a project that was fairly invasive on our young family. We would recommend regular communication with Gian Luca to help with project management and keep priorities in order, as we did fall behind schedule. Some of this was due to unforeseen circumstances like a subcontractor whose work needed complete revision but also there were times when Gian Luca was juggling multiple jobs and we felt sidelined at times. Nevertheless, he is a man of his word and did not accept final payment until he finished every last thing he said he would do. Working with him, you will get a great final product for great value.
