- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit to evaluate the space and understand the customer’s needs and goals. We then discuss available options and recommend solutions that best fit the home and budget. Afterward, we provide clear proposal options so customers can compare. Once a proposal is approved, we handle all paperwork, removal, and installation, while keeping the customer informed throughout the entire process until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Mechanical Engineering graduate with practical experience in HVAC and plumbing, including system design, project management, and on-site supervision. My business partner completed trade school and brings years of hands-on field experience in plumbing and HVAC.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I studied mechanical engineering, while my brother—now my business partner—went to trade school and gained hands-on experience working for a plumbing and HVAC company. I later joined that same company as a project manager and supervisor. By combining engineering knowledge with real-world field experience, we built a strong foundation for delivering reliable, well-designed systems.
