First day is a basic assessment of their fitness level, range of motion, pin pointing any injuries, and covering basic fundamentals of fighting/self defense.
Early on in my fight career, I started teaching adults and kids classes to help me have a full understanding of the technique. I’ve learned how to teach good fundamentals to help build up the fitness level and have an understanding of fighting.
I have worked with adults and kids. I’ve coached a beginner to gain confidence knowing they can handle themselves in a fight. I’ve coached fighters and help them prep for fights. I have worked with people out of shape and helped them reach a level of fitness they didn’t think was possible.
