- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide professional, labor-focused installations with clear upfront pricing. Most projects are quoted after a quick discussion to understand layout and goals. I don’t upsell unnecessary equipment, and I’m happy to work with customer-supplied hardware. Larger projects are quoted as a flat rate, while smaller jobs may be hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the goals of the project and review any photos or layout details. Then I recommend placement and wiring approach. Once approved, I schedule installation, complete clean professional wiring, configure the system, test everything, and walk the customer through how to use it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in low-voltage systems including PoE security cameras, networking, and smart home integration. My experience comes from hands-on installations, system design, and working with a wide range of residential and small business environments.
