Parts are ordered by the customer (with our assistance) and are charged directly to the customer. Morris - free • Beyond 20 miles radius – for each additional 20 miles, add $10.00* • Tutorial/advice on computer purchase (includes availability for questions while shopping), per hour - $10.00* • Emergency software repair by phone/remote 24/7 (if you are not sure what the issue is, give us a call, to diagnose over the phone) - free • If work is done outside business hours, or if we have to travel, add $20.00* *All affected prices are pro-rated based on actual time or mileage spent to assist the customer, i.e., if the additional mileage is 10 miles, it will only be a $5.00 charge; if the emergency repair is within an hour of closing or before opening, charges may be waived.
