FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My priority at this time is to gain more experience working in the field. As a result, my fees will primarily be related to covering the costs of my tools and the cost of transportation. If any additional parts are required for a repair, their cost will be included in the fee as well. I am committed to offering reasonable and competitive pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working towards an associates degree in the field of Computer Support and Operations. To stay up to date on the latest technological advancements I check various hardware manufacturer and news sites frequently.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure a computer repair technician is trustworthy. An IT professional should never ask you for your passwords or any other sensitive information. Additionally, they should only request access to areas of your home that are necessary to complete their job. If someone exhibits such suspicious behaviors I would not recommend doing business with them.
