We inherited a house in disrepair that we are prepping to sell. We hired Steve to do repairs that we had to do but also repairs that Steve recommended which are minimal cost but have a big impact. Re-point and seal front and back stoops. Also repaired some of the loose bricks on the stoops and did some cement maintenance work on my patio.

Steve did an excellent job preparing our rental property with short notice and quick turnaround time required. In addition to completing a wonderful paint job, he addressed additional concerns and issues I had with the shoddy kitchen and bathroom job performed by a previous contractor. Steve is professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend and hire him without hesitation for any future work.
