The gentleman called soon after I scheduled through thumbtack and scheduled a visit on that day (the app presented me with options beginning next day). The human touch was appreciated. He quickly determined the cause and repaired it in no time.

The issue I was having was not receiving power to my Nest thermostat. Damien, first of all, was able to come to my residence ahead of the scheduled appointment this Thursday, October 5th. I quickly observed that this young man was knowledgeable in his trade. He explained step by step as he analyzed the wiring voltages and boiler system. He concluded that there was a malfunction on a unit of the boiler. In that the boiler is dated, Damien advised he would have to search for a supplier and that he would notify me the following day. I am pleased thus far with his performance and am confident that he will resolve this problem. I will update this review as the work continues.
