- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a 24hr emergency service plumbing company offering No Nonsense Pricing. We charge a $97.50 service charge to diagnosis the problem ($149.00 for emergency service after 5p.m. or on Sundays) After we diagnose the problem you are given a price to have us do the job, we reduce the chances of surprises on the final bill by operating in this way. This business is ALWAYS different and after years of experience we still occasionally run into certain types of jobs which require the standard $97.50 an hour rate plus parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer as if they are one of our friends or family members, we want to make sure that you are receiving the best possible service. We use shoe covers upon entering your home out of respect and care for your home. We generally will check a number of factors on your plumbing system in order to diagnose the causes of the problems rather than simply putting a band aide on them. For example, if your water heater is experiencing a Temperature & Pressure issue such as popping off at the relief valve; it could be that your pressure to the fixture is too high, many plumbers overlook things like this simply replacing fixtures without checking whether or not the new fixture will simply be ruined by the same plumbing problems which have gone unaddressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only have I been involved with and working in the plumbing industry since 1992, I also completed courses in Plumbing, Electrical, Blueprint Reading, Construction, and Building Maintenance; at Northland Pioneer College in Arizona. Furthermore I have undergone extensive training on a regular basis to stay brushed up on all aspects of plumbing.
