I am very happy with how our garden looks after the plants were planted and new mulch was put down, however, can only give 3 stars because of the unprofessionalism with the final bill. We had a quote done onsite which we agreed to an hourly rate with the work needed done. Steve at Sunscapes said it would not be more than 6 hours max. When they finished the job in 3 hours we were shocked to get a bill for 6 hours. Steve said he was counting travel time for mulch (we had already bought the plants and took care of placement) and that was never brought up in any conversation. After some back and forth we agreed on a final bill but the experience left us with a bad taste overall. The planting and mulching do look very nice.

Steve arrived on time and communicated what needed to be done, as well as the cost. Once I decided to go ahead, he and his crew showed up the next day and did a really nice job. Worth the cost.
