Hello, my name's Jonathan Bari. I've been working out with Wayne as my trainer for about a year now. In that time, we've focused on various aspects of physical fitness and he has put me through a myriad of different routines to strengthen my core, endurance, etc. I find Wayne to be incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and well-being. He understands what it is to have a healthy lifestyle - there's no fad diets and shortcuts in his book. He always conveys the importance of proper form above all else. Form is everything with him, and if you aren't working out properly, he doesn't hesitate to call you out on it. As I said, there's no shortcuts with Wayne. As a personal trainer, he's truly all you can ask for. He's not just a "gym trainer" that will run you through a gambit of boring fruitless workouts without giving you the attention you deserve. If you are looking for shortcuts, fad diets, and the easy way to get healthy, don't bother wasting his time. Wayne is the real deal, and working out with him isn't easy. Then again, fitness isn't supposed to be. He's tough, but fair, and if you're willing to put in the work, he'll give you his all to make you a better you. Highly recommended.

I've been Wayne's client for the past 6 months. He is extremely knowledgeable in fitness as well as nutrition. Wayne will design your training sessions according to your goals and fitness level. I train 5 days per week and have definitely noticed an improvement in overall muscle development. If you are serious about your goals, Wayne will help you achieve them!

Wayne is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable trainer. He really takes the time to educate a client on all aspects of becoming a healthier and stronger individual. Wayne also gears his sessions to improve weaknesses as well as increasing a client's strengths. Lastly, you gain a true friend!

Wayne is nothing short of a force of nature. I love that each session is totally different from the last so that I never get bored or fall into a rut.  He is full of great advice and helpful suggestions and is watching every minute of the session making needed corrections or finessing the exercise to my individual needs.
