Dan was quick at responding. All the bathroom fixtures were backing up because the sewage pipe was clogged. Dan and the other worker came the next day and were quick at fixing the problem. $832, but I have a working bathroom! I clicked the button for Responsiveness and Value, but the buttons wouldn't light up.
