Justin did an excellent job with our floors. He also converted our carpeted stairs into beautifully finished wood stairs. It was a tough job - took him longer than he thought it would and was more complicated than his initial estimate. But he worked hard to keep us satisfied. He clearly values customer service-- he made every effort to address any concerns we had. Ultimately, his work completely transformed our home and I highly recommend him as an affordable option to the big flooring companies in the area.

Justin and his crew from 315 Hardwoods did an excellent job on our floors. We had dark stains in the wood from prior owners' pets and they were able to hide them with a dark stain! We love our floors and we always get compliments! Thank you Justin!

Professional. Fair price and excellent work. I am beyond thrilled with my refinished floors. Patched, sanded, never thought my old floors would look this good. I would definitely work with 315 hardwoods again. I definitely recommend them to others. Just look at these before and after pictures. This is with just two coats of poly. They look even better now as the third coat of poly has been applied and is currently drying. you be the judge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We cannot emphasize how important it is for the homeowner to make sure they are hiring a company with workers comp and liability insurance. Some companies keep costs low by not carrying these insurances, so the homeowner is left fully responsible if anyone gets hurt at their house during the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone books an estimate appointment request, we set up a date and time that works for all parties. Then, a formal written quote is emailed within 1 week after the estimate appointment. If the customer chooses to schedule a start date, we work with them to find a date that works for all parties. Upon scheduling a start date, a formal contract is mailed to the homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Justin has 20+ years experience with hardwood floors. Also, all of our crew members are hired with previous flooring experience.
