- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is generally based around the type of shoot and how much time will be required. There is a 20%-down booking retainer and the remainder is due on or by the day of the event/session. All of our shoots by default include in-depth editing on all the photos taken. Full editorial skin/cosmetic retouching can be done on singular photos for a small additional fee. In addition, you’re also provided with full download access to the highest-quality digital files with no watermarks—they’re never held for ransom for any additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regardless of the size or complexity of the project, speaking in depth with the client is the most important part of the process. Everybody values different types of shots and styles, and we never want to give our clients something they weren’t looking for to begin with. Usually this can be accomplished through just phone calls and e-mails, however we’re always open to in-person meetings or Zoom/Video calls, as well.
