- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible with our pricing and depending on your specific case, we can often work out flat fee arrangements for more predictable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first text a potential client and ask to schedule a call. This gives the client an opportunity to gather all relevant documents. Our consultations are typically $250-350 and that includes a review of documents. If a client chooses to work with us, we have them fill out an intake form, sign an engagement letter/retainer agreement and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my law degree from Pace Law school. I have worked in the landlord/tenant field as a landlord, property manager and attorney. I have also worked within the New York family court system, and have extensive experience in personal injury law among other areas.
