Jeff was honest, responded promptly, and was very reasonable. His services were not only affordable and fair but timely. I took my laptop to another shop upstate for a similar problem and had to wait three months. Jeff not only did it much faster but did a few more things I asked him to do (at a much cheaper rate than the first shop estimated). Dude was awesome. 10/10, would recommend to anyone with computer problems. I know I'll be referring people his way if I can.

The screen on my iPad 2 was cracked and shattered. I put in a request for service on a Friday evening and got a response from Jeff at Consult A Pro within hours. We negotiated through emails and then phone calls on Saturday. Jeff was extremely professional and helpful. I dropped my iPad off Monday morning and received a phone call on Tuesday evening that the work was complete and they were just waiting for the glue to dry. Jeff dropped the iPad off to me on Thursday and it was as good as new.
