- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sit down and discuss what is the need for the party or lesson, number of people, dietary restrictions, etc...discuss pricing and time of deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary degree in international cuisines but grew up in a Thai-Malay restaurant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Passion since born. I grew up in a restaurant. I am an accountant by trade, but left the industry.
