What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers reach out to us and we work with them to schedule a class that’s convenient to them and held where they’d like it to be. Throughout my years of teaching, I have noticed that students are more relaxed when they are in an environment that they are comfortable with as opposed to sitting in a rigid classroom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paramedic; AHA Instructor and ASHI Instructor
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been an EMT/Paramedic for over 18 years, and throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial early CPR intervention is in saving lives. This experience inspired me to start CPR By Jeremy—with the goal of making CPR certification as convenient and accessible as possible for everyone. By bringing over 18 years of EMS experience and knowledge into the classroom, I aim to create a supportive, stress-free environment where people feel confident learning these life-saving skills.
