FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. I charge a flat-rate service call starting at $150, which includes the first hour of troubleshooting or basic repair. Most small repairs fall within that range. For larger or more complex jobs, I’ll always explain your options up front before any additional costs are approved. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions about the issue you’re experiencing — often I can narrow it down right away. Once we schedule a visit, I’ll arrive on time, perform a full safety check of the affected circuit or area, and explain what’s going on in plain language. After repairs or adjustments, I’ll verify that everything is safe and functioning correctly before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Journeyman Electrician trained through IBEW Local 3 in New York with over 10 years of professional experience in both residential and commercial systems. My background includes everything from troubleshooting and motor control to lighting design and low-voltage systems. Safety, precision, and code compliance are at the center of everything I do.
