Stephanie and her team are by far the best! I have worked with them in the past, she had planned my Baby shower and I was so happy with her that I had to go back to her! She and her team did an awesome job on my son's Wild One Jungle Theme birthday party!! Everything was AMAZING and I LOVED the decor and OMG the giraffe, so cool. We loved the special touches that really made it feel like we were in a jungle. My son will def be happy to see these pictures when he gets older. You def took my vision and ran with it!! We hired Stephanie as our wedding planner for our wedding on 9/14/19 and am so happy we did. She was awesome to work with and always so helpful. She was always responsive and was there to give advice when needed. She helped make the planning process so much easier. She made sure everything went flawless the day of the wedding. Greetings All, Stephanie your a breath of fresh air I never thought in my wildest dreams I would find a human being who is obsessed with decor like me down to the details. I trusted you with my Bruce Wayne vision and you not only executed Batman and all his glory you made this vision a dream night for me and Winer. The overall ambiance exudes elegance and timeless the colors red, white and black. I always knew my creativity and enthusiasm for decor was something I am very passionate about. I love Winer, food,fashion, liquor and everything else decor. Stephanie you made my dream become a reality and I cannot tell you how blessed I am to have found such an amazing person who is a planner GOD. I know if your friend was here he would be cheering for you but I honestly felt like he was watching over us that night. Stephanie I think your destined for greatness and event planning and coordination is definitely your niche and GIRL you SLAYED. I truly enjoyed going through all the details with you. Now I noticed the The Bar very elegant from the laps to the W. I noticed Winer had his own personalized bottle of Jack Daniels along with the W glass. The rose petals were everything especially the centerpieces and I love the candles everywhere giving me the Bruce Wayne mansion vibe. I was completely blown away about the desserts table. My honest opinion cake was beautiful. As I entered Suite 415 it became like a fairy tale I felt like I was in a castle and it kept getting better. The Winer City table numbers and Bruce Wayne quotes were everything. I love the photo booth with already to go hashtags very creative and loved it. I love how everything was displayed so beautifully. I love the red carpet having us feel like royalty and red velvet ropes. My hubby love his surprise 30th bday Bruce Wayne/ Batman theme it was a huge success and everyone enjoyed themselves. Stephanie and her team designed my Baby It's Cold Outside Baby shower. They did an AMAZING job and delivered exactly what was asked for. I am very picky with everything and Stephanie exceeded my expectations with her creativity and decor. She also listened to all the little elements that I wanted to incorporate into the theme and she delivered just that, and more! She is also very flexible, especially being that I changed my mind with things many times and she accepted with no hesitation. She is easily accessible and responds within minutes. I hired Mariage Blanc Designs to plan my husband's 40th bday party. The theme was 90's Hip/Hop & R&B and boy did Stephanie Blanc deliver. She took my idea and ran with it. She converted my backyard into an outdoor lounge that transported my guests and I back to the 90's. My husband especially was blown away. He loved everything.The details that Stephanie put into the design, on a short timeline at that, were awesome! From the faux brick back drops to the cookie pirouttes to mimic cigars to the turn tables where the cakes were placed...EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system isn't complicated at all. Each event calls for specific services. We have 3 standard Event Packages for Weddings & Non-Wedding Events. I charge flat rates for each service requested/rendered. I then add customizations to the desired package based on the Client's responses off of the questionnaire sheets. Typically, Wedding Event packages start at a base of $2,500.00 depending on varying factors of each project (i.e. guest count, decor, how big is the event, etc.). Non-Wedding Event Packages start at a base of $895.00, $995.00, or $1,500.00 for labor. Ultimately, the total package charges are contingent upon the services requested, # of guests, # of hours needed for setup. Discounts are available for booking within the first 24 hours of receiving the proposal (6% for weddings and 3% for non-wedding affairs).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, I speak to the potential Client via email and gain insight on what they need and their overall vision via my Client questionnaires. After the questionnaires are received, I then create an estimated proposal and send it to the Potential Client via email. If the Potential Client wants to proceed further, I then schedule a free 1 hour Courtesy Consultation Meeting, where I provide a visual montage and ideas for their event, based on what their answers to my questionnaires are. We'll also review the package in more detail and answer any questions they may have. Once I verify that the Client and I are all on the same page, we'll sign the proposal & contractual agreement at the Courtesy Consultation. We will reserve the event date for 3 days upon providing the proposal for the Client to review, sign, and submit along with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the Courtesy Consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Art Management from the nationally accredited Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York. Prior to that, I graduated Magna Cumlaude and obtained an Associate's degree in Visual Presentation & Exhibition Design from there, as well. Finally, I have my Certificate in Wedding Planning from the internationally accredited ICOES.
