March 8, I had a dishwasher installed. The installer's name was Lucky. Lucky did an awesome job installing the dishwasher, including cleaning up the area he worked in. The installation cost was also quite reasonable. I will absolutely use Lucky for any appliance installation in the future.

Lucky was amazing, he went above and beyond with installing my gas dryer. There was an issue with the initial installation (on the part of my machine, not Lucky), and he was so accommodating in helping me figure out what I needed to do and was very prompt on coming back to finish. I would absolutely have Lucky work on my appliances in the future.

My pricelist is average but service that i provide is on a very high level. I aprove discounts apropriate to the job and price for it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i like to hear everything customer want to be done by me. After that i gave the my opinion about it and discuss about details regarding job . Many times customers are not sure what they want so i help them to cross that bridge and be sure that they are doing the right thing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A have a multiple training courses and i worked with a lot if diferent skill set pros so i gained a lot of expirience from them. I am learning new things every day and i am not planing to stop.
