- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the level of cleaning required, and the time needed to complete the job properly. We offer introductory promotions for first-time clients when available. Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and add-on services are priced separately from standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for heavily soiled spaces, excessive buildup, or requests outside the original scope. All pricing is reviewed and confirmed before service begins — there are no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the space and the client’s goals. This includes square footage, overall condition, areas of concern, and any preferences for cleaning products. Based on this information, we recommend the most appropriate service — often a deep clean for first-time clients to establish a clean baseline. We then confirm scope, pricing, and scheduling before service. After the initial visit, we discuss maintenance needs and cleaning cadence (one-time, recurring, or as needed) to ensure ongoing consistency and satisfaction.
