Lisa is the backbone. She takes command of her team. Lisa adapted to the environment immediately and put her team to work. 60th Birthday Party- Backyard theme. 50 guests, appetizers, buffet (7 items). Specialty drink, full bar. Service was on time and the event flowed. The team left the place spotless, also helped guests pack leftovers to take home. Lisa and the team showed up on time. Uniforms were professional, clean and pressed. I can write more, but anyone reading this review will get the picture. That were great!!

Lisa and her staff were exactly what I was looking for! They prepped to get our party food ready and did a beautiful job organizing the table. They worked during the entire party so that I could enjoy myself! Lisa was great to work with, accommodating and had some great suggestions. I received many compliments on the food presentation.
