- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bigger jobs I would like to get paid a draw meaning payments as the work progresses. Never ask for upfront wages and generally am reembursed for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You need to let me know you want me to do the work since I do not always see where the message is hiding. Mostly over the phone which is not always the best way of communicating the process of getting the project started
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Old school of life. I have many degrees on my speed square. I have had may mentor's also learnt by doing.
