With a health science and nutrition background, I specialize in nutritional meals that meet your dietary needs and preferences. I enjoy using local seasonal produce to create and elegant, nutritious and delicious meal! With over 15 years of fine dining experience, I believe in eating with your eyes first! I enjoy calculating macros and caloric density, so whether you are in a deficit or surplus, I will meet you where you are! Some of my favorite cuisines to prepare are Indian, Japanese, Eclectic and Hispanic. I am happy to cater a special event, creating an inviting and welcoming spread. I have spent many years learning nutrition, teaching culinary arts and catering for Marines and their families.
