Sarah's Swim Lessons and Coaching

Introduction: I am a WSI certified instructor through the Red Cross. I have worked with students from the ages of 4-50 years old and also have experience working with individuals who have learning or physical disabilities like MS, cerebral palsy, and autism. I have been teaching for 8 years, and I also have extensive experience in competitive swimming. I have coached a swim team for 3 years and was a competitive swimmer myself. I have an absolute love for showing people how to be safe and also improve their health and body through the water.
