FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on your vehicle's size and condition, so I always give you a clear number before we start — no surprise charges at the end. If you're outside my core service area, there may be a small travel fee, and I'll always tell you that upfront rather than adding it in afterward. First-time customers can also ask about current discounts when they call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You reach out with your vehicle info and what you're looking for. I'll ask a few quick questions to understand the condition of the car and recommend the right service — no point paying for a full detail if a quick refresh will do. We schedule a time that works for you, I come to your location with everything needed, and I walk you through what I found and what I did once the job's complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent years building hands-on experience with paint correction, ceramic coatings, and interior restoration — the kind of skill that comes from doing hundreds of vehicles, not just a certificate. I stay current on products and techniques so I'm not using outdated methods on modern paint and interior materials.
