Hello, my name is Chef Efraim Vasquez and I am a professionally trained Chef who loves food and I want my clients to share in that love. I have over 25 years of professional cooking experience working in the following restaurants; Plaza Hotel, Plaza Athenee, 21 Club, and Molyvos just to name a few. I provide great tasting food in well-balanced dishes. My team and I specialize in Southern, Italian, Vegan, Caribbean, and American cuisines. I am available for dining events from small and intimate settings, to the 100 per event. I’ve booked a crab bake with Simone Private Chef Services for May 2021 and so far the planning process has been a breeze. Kelly is super responsive, so professional (which I REALLY appreciate) and she’s been very transparent when it comes to pricing. I look forward to the day of my event with them, they are very clearly passionate about their work.

Chef Efraim and Kelly went above and beyond to make our 4 Course Valentine's Day Dinner a special surprise for my wife. Everything was delicious and the presentation was 5 stars. They were attentive to detail and very concious of both being present throughout the meal while balancing a private dining experience. I can't begin to say enough good things about our service and the quality of the meal we received and look forward to having them back again for future dinner parties and events!

From the beginning the communication & relationship was there. Very nice company , Kelly is literally amazing! And the Chef is filled with taste! I was answered quickly, punctual, respectfully , and all my needs were met. Highly recommended if you looking for any type of chef/ catering needs i can assure you! Love these guys , truly wish them a long & successful business & i will be coming back . Thank you guys

Kelly & Effrom we’re amazing before they even stepped in the door. Kelly was very responsive to my messages and calls. She helped create a menu that worked for my whole family. Kelly considered our dietary and financial needs. Once they arrived (on time), they were friendly and filled our house with smiles and wonderful aroma. It was truly a treat to have Simone Private Chef Services come to our home. I felt a genuine connection with them and would absolutely have them back. We celebrated my mom’s birthday and we all loved it. Such a good experience. Would do it all over again!! Thank you Simone Private Chef services. Our hearts & tummies are full.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing includes the following: -Consultation and menu curation -Pre and Post-Clean Up of the kitchen surfaces. -Administrative fees: (varies per-Course, distance, Service Style) *Gratuity will be included on large parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted we first like to say Thank you! We would then direct you to our website and request that you complete a profile. In addition to leaving your contact information and best time to contact, we ask up front what the budget is. This allows for a realistic, (and surprisingly smooth) communication with very managed expectations. We try to say YES as often as possible, and guarantee excellent service throughout your experience!
