- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty flexible. It can change depending on the size of your home. Anyone who rebooks weekly will receive 40% off, BiWeekly will be 20%, and Monthly will be 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer once we connect. I will ask you about your expectations, allergies, sensitivity to specific smells or chemicals, and if you have Children (if yes, how old). Things like this determine when cleaning products I would bring with me to use. After, I would request a walk-through. This Can be done virtually or in person (Homeowners' preference). Once the walk-through is done, we set a date and time for the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two cleaning companies in the past four years. Also working with education for 6 years especially transitioning back to in-person learning, I have learned how to be thorough, paying attention to small details that homeowners may miss on the day-to-day as well as prioritizing not just cleaning but disinfecting as well.
