Called at 2pm needing my roof shoveled. Edwin promptly returned my call, and showed up to view what had to be done at 4 pm. 7:30 the next morning 2 workers were on my roof working, and Edwin showed up at 8 am to check on the job. Very professional and courteous. Excellent work
