FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find the right fit and someone who takes their own advice. Experience is valuable, but for struggling individuals/organizations that need a boost of energy and "new" thinking, a retired professional might not be a better fit than a younger, more driven coach. For other organizations more concerned deeper issues like transition planning, experience should factor much more significantly. Secondly, find a coach who "walks their talk" and lives out their own advice. It is easy to tell someone else what to do when they carry all the risk for the outcome of that advice. Find a coach who is less concerned with sounding smart and more focused on practical solutions that s/he has/would implement in his/her own life or business.
