I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Empire Appliance Services! The technician was absolutely outstanding. He diagnosed and fixed both my washer and dryer in such a short amount of time, and his expertise was obvious from the moment he arrived. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on.
