First, I discuss the project with the customer and understand their needs. Then I schedule a free estimate, either in person or based on photos.
I explain the scope of work, timeline, and price clearly. Once approved, I schedule the job and complete the work cleanly and on time.
I always protect the space, prepare surfaces properly, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
