Introduction: I am a credentialed tax professional, licensed directly by the Internal Revenue Service.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Fees for all services are based on complexity, and are either retainer based or flat. For straight forward services such as tax preparation, fees are flat and do not change. For services where there are variables or there is an unknown (fighting the IRS), a retainer is paid and charged against at an agreed upon rate.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communicating via email or phone call to discuss the particulars of your situation. Once I understand the details and can layout what services you require, I will quote an exact price which will be set in stone via an engagement letter. In the engagement letter there will be an outline of exactly what services I am providing, when they will be provided, and at what price. Everything is done in writing, no surprises.

    -BS/MS Accounting/Tax -Extensive annual continuing education requirements -Examination by the IRS itself to be granted licensure to practice in all 50 states
