FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system is pretty straightforward. I charge either by the hour or a flat fee. I usually charge flat fees when the issue is clear. I find clients prefer this approach.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my clients who was in removal (deportation) proceedings had his adjustment of status interview and was approved. I was able to have the proceedings terminated and take him through the process of adjustment of status based on his marriage to a U.S. citizen spouse. The client will receive his green card shortly. Prior results do not guarantee future results.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a lot of questions. If an attorney does not have time or does not want to answer your queries, move on. There are many competent, helpful and concerned attorneys out there. Do not settle for less.
