- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a firm estimate and stick to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time to come out to the property to meet the customer and give a quote. From there I send an estimate outlining the scope of work to be approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors and masters degree in mechanical engineering from RIT and trained under a residential home builder and independent general contractors.
