Tamara and her team catered our wedding reception (about 100 guests). She also did day of coordination and set up for the event. The day and night ran smoothly and the food was delicious (one of our guests told me the appetizers were the best she had ever had). The staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, Tamara was flexible and amenable to our requests. She responded to our questions promptly.

When hiring a caterer who is coming into your home, it is important that you feel comfortable with them and that they make your guests feel at ease. Tamara was everything I had hoped for in a caterer. She is professional, responsive and warm. Her team was professional, respectful and friendly. The food was hearty, healthy and delicious. We had the best meal of the entire long weekend with Amoraco. She put together the best meal for our large group. She handled a big group meal (and allergies) with ease. The food and menu was delicious. I would hire her for every event I host on the Hamptons. Thank you for an amazing night and meal!

I keep up my skills when ever in a new major city. I've taken market chef classes in Sydney, Paris and Rome. Plus I have a a healthy addiction to the Food network channel.... seriously!
What types of customers have you worked with?
we specialize in passed appetizers and platters for cocktail events. We procure the freshest ingredients - organic, sustainable and local where possible. We are always challenging ourselves with inventive, delicious cuisine and love integrating seasonal fruits and vegetables. We've also provided gourmet boxed lunches for large corporate events, brunch bridal showers and themed food for entertainment clients - see below.
