We hired Tamara and her team for a 15 person dinner party. I wanted light bites so everyone would be able to eat as they wanted and mingle while enjoying their food. They met every one of my expectations. Tamara with Amoraco catering was so easy to work with. She was timely, responsive, and very flexible in creating the perfect menu for my dinner party. We were lucky enough to have chef Mona cook for us. Mona was so friendly and took care of everything so I did not have to worry about a single thing but enjoying the food and my guests. The food was outstanding-everything she cooked was perfect. We had 15 people and everyone commented on how awesome Mona was and how amazing the food was. Can not recommend Amoraco Catering enough! Tamara and her team catered our wedding reception (about 100 guests). She also did day of coordination and set up for the event. The day and night ran smoothly and the food was delicious (one of our guests told me the appetizers were the best she had ever had). The staff was friendly and helpful. - What types of customers have you worked with?we specialize in passed appetizers and platters for cocktail events. We procure the freshest ingredients - organic, sustainable and local where possible. We are always challenging ourselves with inventive, delicious cuisine and love integrating seasonal fruits and vegetables. We've also provided gourmet boxed lunches for large corporate events, brunch bridal showers and themed food for entertainment clients - see below.
