- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flexible and I also offer discounts based on location and days of week. When it comes to prices we can always work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a one on one conversation with the customer and initially get to know them and establish rapport. After that I really try to get a understanding of what there expectations are for the event as far as what time they want to start and end the event. I also like to find out what time during the event they want specific things to take place. Lastly I like to find out what type and how much humor they would like from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a undergraduate degree in Finance from Rutgers University as well as graduate degree in Economics from Georgia State University. My formal education enables me to be able to relate to people from all walks of life. I am also a licenses Barber in the state of New York as well Georgia. My barbershop experience enables me to have a lot of humorous stories and experience that all people can relate to.
