Introduction: I help investors, executives, owners, and businesses of all sizes (family-owned, startups, small businesses, and Fortune 500) limit legal risk so they can focus on growth and opportunity. I offer flat fees wherever feasible and if you are owed money by a person or entity who has assets and who has expressed a willingness to settle, I am willing to consider a contingency fee arrangement.

Mr. Russo was extremely helpful in getting an initial contract (a master services agreement) written up for a new, small consulting business. He was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. He was able to help me on a tight timeline, but was also very thorough. I also found his rates to be very competitive. I will certainly be returning if I need any more legal help in the future, and I recommend him without reservation to anyone seeking legal representation or advice.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In exchange for upfront payment, I often offer flat fees whenever possible. Otherwise, I provide reasonable hourly rates.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I request preliminary information to ensure I am clear of conflicts. After a free consultation (by telephone or Zoom), I email a detailed proposal. If acceptable, I ask the potential client to provide some preliminary background information and make the requisite initial payment. Thereafter, I send the client an engagement letter for their review and execution. All of this happens electronically so I can be retained and working for you very quickly.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I spent over a decade working at the nation's preeminent and most prestigious law firms. I've been trained and tested by the best. I am also an arbitrator and an adjunct professor.
