We hired Lou for a very complicated case involving a manager who was mismanaging the LLC that we were members of. He skillfully navigated us through the process of addressing the issues, which ultimately led to the dissolution of the LLC. We couldn't have been any more pleased with the results. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In exchange for upfront payment, I often offer flat fees whenever possible. Otherwise, I provide reasonable hourly rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request preliminary information to ensure I am clear of conflicts. After a free consultation (by telephone or Zoom), I email a detailed proposal. If acceptable, I ask the potential client to provide some preliminary background information and make the requisite initial payment. Thereafter, I send the client an engagement letter for their review and execution. All of this happens electronically so I can be retained and working for you very quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent over a decade working at the nation's preeminent and most prestigious law firms. I've been trained and tested by the best. I am also an arbitrator and an adjunct professor.
