He end up damaging the brand new equipment no experience with the equipment or necessary tools or manuals to fix the equipment. End user wrote this email: Our new copier now reads An internal error occurred. Contact service representative. Trouble Code 2556. IT said the installer installed it wrong and we cannot print from either computer. It also copies everything in pink. Dream Tech Copiers did not pay me in full for my job I have a signed workorder by the enduser stating the machine was functioning. A few days later he tried to call me up & tell me there's an error. He is also going by Katia D. SCAMMER STAY AWAY!!!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First off GOOGLE the make & model if it is worth $300 or less & not a simple paper jam do electronic recycling it's not worth repair. Next when was maintenance done on your printer? It may need a cleaning & maintenance kit. If you have the model number & error codes or pictures TEXT them we can possibly skip a diagnostics fee. IF you don't we would have to diagnose the issue with it.
