- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We got the best prices, we are always trying to give the best quotes on the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in contact over the phone and discuss what they want and we will schedule a free consultation visit. With the right measurements, we will create a quote and send it for approval. Once the client approves, we will take part of payment and order the glass. Then we will schedule for installation, when we receive the glass from the manufacturer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
