I am an licensed attorney with litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas including: personal injury, medical and dental malpractice, criminal defense, (misdemeanors and felonies mostly white collar crime), real estate, administrative law (state and federal), landlord-tenant, contracts, guardianships (Article 81), divorce, child custody, family law, and appellate practice. My transactional experience covers a plethora of practice areas including, but not limited to the following: Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property (copyright, trademark, artist representation, the formation of movie production LLCs, business plans, production line item budgets, demographics, investor contacts, production assistance, staffing, talent, distribution, script refinement, and all relevant written agreements). While my experience in the practice area of trusts, powers, wills, and estates is not as expansive as the above practice areas, I have drafted many wills, formed family, spendthrift trusts, and drafted many powers. Currently, I am lead counsel in a complex federal litigation alleging multiple RICO and §1983 violations against individuals, non-profit corporations, for profit corporations, and governmental departments and agencies. Thus, I am seekings clients and/or employment as a litigator or a transactional lawyer. Dependent on the conditions of employment or partnership, I am willing to merge my clients with a new law firm. My intent is the growth of my client base, access to capital, and the attendant increase in associates and support staff. Currently, my fee schedule is an income and asset based sliding-scale. Personal injury litigation is almost always based on contigency (My fee depends on a significant settlement or a favorable trial verdict.). I enjoy "out-lawyering" my adversaries. Winning is everything when I believe in my client's cause.
