I’m so glad I found Nicola. I hired her to help my wife obtain a green card through marriage. Prior to contacting her, I had a bad experience with a lawyer that I eventually stopped working with. Nicola filed the paperwork within a few weeks, while my prior lawyer had been working on the papers for three months and never filed them. So far, my wife has already received her work permit, and we are just waiting for the interview.

When i googled for a lawyer to help with my mom immigration paperwork I explained to Nicola my situation she did not hesitate to help me. She was punctual she started right away and started asking me questions about my mom and just started the process of getting the paperwork submitted for my mom. I told her I was not computer expert she took her time and patience with me sending her paperwork back-and-forth and I had to ask her if she was going to send a invoice for her services. She didn’t want money upfront like other lawyers did . I will be saving her information for future immigration services.

I really appreciate and enjoy working with Nicola. She has been really helpful and patient with my case and go out of her way with any questions and assistance I seek. My case is still in the early stages of application and she is very detailed about what needs to be done. I really appreciate that as I would have been lost as to what needs to be done otherwise. I would greatly recommend her if you are seeking help with your immigration needs.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work 100% remotely and I don't have a clerk so my overhead is relatively low. From these savings I am able to pass on deep discounts to my clients. My prices are about a half sometimes a third of what an attorney would charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask probing questions when I meet a new client so that I can totally understand what they need done. Depending on the client I set up a video chat so they can see who they are working with and feel more comfortable. Once I'm hired I send over an intake form to gather data to fill out the immigration documents. I normally give the client an idea of when I expect to be finished. If I'm running behind schedule I also keep them updated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have significant training in preparing family based immigration forms. I have done countless amounts without pay. I feel like this is something I can do in my sleep now. I prepare all these forms myself, I don't have a clerk as an attorney does that assist them. This hands on experience has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge that allows me to assist people.
