I started my career as an immigration attorney over 14 years ago and during this time I have handled complex employment-based immigration matters for corporations and individuals from a wide variety of industries as well as a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa issues including E-1/E-2, O-1, AOS, H-1Bs, EB-2 category Adjustment of Status.
I have extensive experience with Physician and Tech based H-1B petitions, PERMs and I-140 petitions. I assist clients in all related matters including LCA compliance, Ability to Pay issues, Compliance with Employee Recruitment regulations, Cap issues, Consular Processing, and Prevailing Wage compliance. In addition, I have represented hundreds of clients in the Tech, Healthcare and Entertainment industries on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters.
I also deal with all aspects of J-1 waiver petitions for Physicians through the Conrad 30 program and the Department of Health and Human Services. I have successfully prepared J-1 Waiver petitions in California, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Washington, Montana, Michigan and Illinois.

Wow I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Path. I went to lots of other places and was laughed at but Path received me with open arms. I was trying to sue myself for defamation because I made the meme about CNN that caused all the controversy weeks ago and now CNN is getting me blackballed from all other jobs so I figured I could pay this month's rent with the proceeds from the prosecution. Thanks to Path, I won the lawsuit! The defendant tried the classic "plead insanity" move and lost. I ended up getting a huge settlement too. I'll definitely be using their services again next month when my bills come in.
