Ariel was so helpful to me, in understanding how resumes must be structured to have the biggest impact and make it to the next level and the next round of interviews, rather than getting set aside, never to be seen again. I’ve been away from the work force for some time, and resumes need to look different than before. If I hadn’t found Ariel, I suspect my resumes would be in a pile somewhere, never to be seen by a hiring agent.
