*Virtual/Social Distant Shows Available* AKA RJ THE Magician is a rising star in New York City. In a life threatening trek across the country from Wisconsin (Home of Houdini) RJ moved to NYC in August of 2019. With no plans and virtually no money RJ first received recognition being hired as the Director of the Houdini Museum of NYC at the age of 23. RJ has since been featured in: Time Out, Complex, A.M. New York, Fox NY, NBC NY, TED, NPR, and the New York Times. RJ is a very vocal supporter of the fight for equality and is known for his support of women, Black people and the LGBTQ+ community.
Rj has tons of experience in magic, performing for cooperate events such as Cricket Wireless' grand opening, birthdays, restaurants like golden corral and the YMCA. He also teaches magic classes at the Ymca, and in New York; 2 summers at french woods festival of the performing arts. The 2018-19 Summers RJ was in Shanghai,China starting the first summer magic program EVER. RJ has bend described as fresh young and charming, a totally different experience from the old cliche magicians that are usually thought of.
